Behaviour & Mentoring That Builds the Person Behind the Student

Behaviour, engagement, and student development mentoring
Power Path Mentoring works alongside secondary schools to support students navigating the challenges of behaviour, confidence, engagement, and personal development.
Our approach is shaped by real experience in secondary education pastoral roles, including behaviour support, safeguarding, and Head of Year leadership. We understand the pressures schools face — high caseloads, limited time for relationship-based work, and students whose needs go beyond traditional classroom interventions.
Power Path exists to provide targeted mentoring support that complements existing pastoral systems and helps students reconnect with expectations, routines, and positive future pathways.
Built for secondary school environments
Secondary schools support a wide range of students — but many settings face recurring challenges:
• Behaviour and conduct issues disrupting learning
• Students disengaging from lessons or school expectations
• Low confidence, anxiety, or emotional regulation difficulties
• Poor decision-making and negative peer influence
• Students at risk of exclusion or long-term disengagement

Power Path Mentoring supports students to understand expectations, take ownership of behaviour, and build the confidence and self-discipline needed to succeed within school and beyond.
This is mentoring that understands:
• School behaviour systems and pastoral structures
• Safeguarding and reporting responsibilities
• The pressures faced by Heads of Year and pastoral teams
• The realities of KS3 and KS4 student development

Ongoing Support for Secondary Schools
Power Path Mentoring Blocks
For schools seeking consistency and sustained behaviour change, Power Path offers longer-term mentoring blocks designed to support students beyond one-off workshops or short-term interventions.
These structured mentoring periods provide regular contact, accountability, and practical guidance to help students build confidence, improve behaviour, and stay engaged with school.
