Behaviour & Mindset Support That Identifies the Person Behind the Challenge

Power Path
SnapShot
Power Path Snapshot is a personalised behaviour and mindset assessment designed to help identify the factors influencing a young person's engagement, conduct, confidence, motivation, and personal development.
Using information gathered from the young person themselves alongside key adults who know them best, Snapshot provides a structured overview of strengths, barriers, behavioural patterns, and potential areas for growth.
Built for Young People Who Need Support, Direction, or a Fresh Start
Snapshot provides an accessible starting point for parents, educators, and organisations seeking practical guidance, clearer understanding, and personalised recommendations before considering wider mentoring support.
Common reasons for referral include:

Low confidence, self-belief, or resilience
-
Difficulty managing emotions, frustration, or setbacks
-
Poor decision-making and personal responsibility
-
Young people who have become disengaged, unmotivated, or stuck
-
Talented students or athletes whose behaviours are limiting their potential
Power Path Snapshot provides a practical starting point for parents, educators, and organisations seeking greater understanding and clear next steps. Through information gathered from the young person and key adults, Snapshot helps identify strengths, barriers, behavioural patterns, and potential areas for growth.
The personalised feedback and action plan are designed to provide practical strategies that can be implemented immediately at home, within education settings, or through existing support structures.
For some young people, Snapshot may also act as a valuable first step towards wider mentoring and development support.
This is support that recognises:
-
Every young person's situation is unique

FAQ's
What is Power Path Snapshot?
Power Path Snapshot is a personalised behaviour and mindset assessment designed to provide clear insight into a young person’s strengths, challenges, and areas for development. It combines information from the young person and key adults to create a structured understanding and practical next steps.
Who is Snapshot for?
Snapshot is suitable for young people who may be experiencing challenges with behaviour, confidence, motivation, emotional regulation, or engagement in school, college, or sport. It is also used for talented young people who are underperforming or struggling to meet expectations.
How does the process work?
Once a referral is made, relevant forms are completed by the parent/guardian, the young person, and where appropriate an education professional. This information is reviewed and used to create a personalised video response and written action plan.
How long does it take to receive feedback?
Feedback is typically delivered within 48 hours of all required forms being completed.
Does my child/student need to attend a session?
No. Power Path Snapshot is completed remotely through structured information gathering and personalised feedback. There is no live session required as part of the process.
What will we receive at the end?
You will receive a personalised video breakdown, professional insight into the key challenges and strengths identified, and a practical action plan with clear next steps that can be implemented immediately.
Can Snapshot lead to further support?
Yes. For some young people, Snapshot is a standalone intervention. For others, it can act as a starting point for further mentoring or development support if appropriate, particularly within education or sports settings.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. Power Path Snapshot is a mentoring and development service focused on behaviour, mindset, performance, and personal development. It is not a clinical or therapeutic service.
Who completes the forms?
This depends on the referral route. Parents or guardians complete one form, the young person completes a separate form, and education staff may also contribute where appropriate.
What age range is Snapshot suitable for?
Snapshot is typically suitable for secondary school age through to post-16 learners, including young people in education-based sports programmes.
Can schools and sports programmes use Snapshot?
Yes. Snapshot is commonly used by schools, colleges, and sports programmes as an early intervention or assessment tool to support behaviour, engagement, and personal development planning.

Ongoing Mentoring & Development Support
with
Power Path Mentoring Blocks
For some young people, the insights and action plan provided through Power Path Snapshot will be enough to create positive and meaningful change at home, in education, or within sport.
Where additional support is required, next steps will depend on the setting and the needs of the young person.
For parents and guardians, Snapshot is designed primarily as a standalone assessment and practical support tool. The personalised feedback and action plan can be implemented at home without the need for ongoing mentoring unless specifically discussed and agreed as a separate support option.
For education settings and sports programmes, Snapshot can also act as a starting point for further Power Path Mentoring support where appropriate. This may include structured mentoring blocks designed to provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and behavioural development within the setting.
